His homeland is Roero, an area rich in traditions for the cultivation of the vine. Colour: pale straw yellow. Bouquet: delicate, with strong hints of orange blossom. Taste: soft and harmonious. Aged in oak barrels is an excellent aperitif and goes well with appetizers, seafood and pasta dishes refined. Serve chilled.
